RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DESERT MOUNTAIN ENERGY ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT REPRICINGI believe there are some geographic restrictions as well due to securities laws.  For example, becuase the company is still not listed on a US exchange, I don't believe a US investor could participate.
