RE:RE:RE:If Cahill can't get the price to 75 cents by AGMAlso, now that it looks like the San Pedro debacle has run its course, it may be time for those responsible for the negative propaganda and attack on Excellon and its stock price to be held accountable for their actions. This propaganda, among other things, made defamatory statements about Excellon to discredit the company to deliberately drive Excellon's stock price down in an attempt to force Excellon to pay their ridiculous demands based on statements made by them. Two examples of these on this website alone are; On 17 Aug 2021, " What would shareholders prefer" Scenario 1) ".The company seeks an appointment with the plaintiff, they reach an agreement" to the plaintiffs demands or Scenario 2) The plaintiff "publishes warnings regarding the insolvency and lack of seriousness of the company" and on 1 June 2022, "The story will continue until the total payment of the debt with its negative effect in the stock price". This looks like threats, extortion and corruption to me. Mind you this was all done when there was an active lawsuit going on, which could also be an unlawful attempt to persuade public opinion against Excellon. Although the San Pedro lawsuit itself cost Excellon little or nothing, those behind the negative propaganda did cause huge financial damages to Excellon, its shareholders, the 90 workers who lost their jobs and in the communities they lived. These people and their propaganda could be responsible for up to US$100 million in damages to Excellon and its shareholders. Eric Sprott alone may have lost over an estimated over $20 million. They may also have benefited if they shorted Excellon's stock at the same time if that was part of their plan. Based on all this, I would not be surprised if there will be a string of lawsuits and other actions against those behind this negative propaganda and attack on the company filed by Excellon, its shareholders, its workers and possibly others.
