RE:RE:New Tinley's Corporate Presentation page 11 is there, I presume, to enlighten potential investors in Tinley's that some small producers are rubbin' up on some major, well established beverage companies, which should add some legitimacy to this whole new vice.
And Tinley's is rubbin' up on Pabst Labs, for now, until they get their brand new, rapidly built, cannabinoid capable bottling facility going. I believe that Pabst imagines themselves needing more botling capacity than we can offer and they might be able to bottle for cheaper than we can offer. My understanding is that their facility has over-capacity that they can offer to co-bottlers.
From co-bottling partner to competition, just like that!
I truly hope that our award winning products pass muster with consumers such that they will be brand names capable of continual sales. Tinley's was aware that we have to be good and spent extra time to reformulate and tweak our offerings.
I will be interested to see if our existing team of 4 puts a couple of our guys out to pasture in favour of 2 Blaze guys.
Since their news of the latest development of Tinley's with Blaze, it seems like we got kicked into gear, rather than sitting there idling which has given me hope. A lot of things came together after this announcement and it will be interesting to see what they do with $4 million. If it gets cannibalized for executive and friends renumeration in any way, that will be the last straw for a long time investor.
Our magic sales and promotion guys didn't seem to do anything mildly spectacular and came up short imho, maybe because they want to hit the greens and get back to retirement.
Tinley's is so much more now than back in the $2 days when we had Hemplify, no state of the art bottling facility and 3 skus. Now we've got 7 or 8 skus, awards, our own bottlling facility with over-capacity, so basically, 2 streams of revenue in a tax sheltered area in California which is the best testmarket to be in for highly concentrated population, logistics and a pro-cannabinoid State which was one of the first to lead this new vice.
What is missing from Tinley's promotional efforts is straight talk about who's hands are in our pockets and what our debt load is and if it is current. Management is not giving us any numbers to crunch such that we can quantify what is going on and make a reasonable assessment of what we are worth.
I have always felt that one of the possibilities for Tinley's was to be incubated in anticipation of selling everything for a value based on revenue with a little bit of future value built in.
What I am concerned about is ulterior motive for Tinley's to be sleight of handed over to the first investors, marketmakers without concern for treating shareholders fairly.\
I am watching closley to see, clearly, this latest loan deal from Blaze guys where it seems to me that we not only paid a reasonable interest rate, according to the market, for pot company investments such that it seems it was collaterolized with 50.1 percent of the company at this time, where we should be reaping revenues and profits which normally command price offerings of multiples of revenue.
I hope our team's reputations are important to them that they do the right thing for all investors.
