Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Yep! When he did that PWR was much higher and expected to go to 1$. Now it looks bad but back then he thought that was a good move. If I remember correctly though , he did by back a pourcentage of sage but I don't remember how much
