A few from CEO boards about this GSVR acquisition

A few from CEO boards about this GSVR acquisition @EpsteinResearch $GSVR -- If the junior miner sector were not in the toilet, this news would be seen as the HUGE news it is. No matter what the market's reaction, this is yet another great move by CEO James Anderson and his expert on-the-ground Mexican team. Rolling up assets, assets that are only a few kms apart from $GSVR's existing mines, mills and exploration grounds. Last year the team nailed it with the successful acquisition and integration of the El Cubo mine & mill complex. Integrating Great Panther's three mines & two mills should be straightforward. By my calculations, I think there's the real possibility of $GSVR producing 5.0 million ounces of silver equiv. (Ag Eq.) in CY 2023. If not for the full year, the Company should at least reach an annualized run-rate of 5.0 million+ Ag Eq. ounces next year! From zero to 5M ounces in under 3 years... That's a rare & impressive accomplishment (if they continue to deliver). 5M oz. Ag Eq. would be about 1/3 of Coeur Mining's 2022 production guidance. Yet Coeur's EV {market cap + debt - cash} is about C$1.7 billion... 5M oz. = 1/13th the size of Pan American Silver. PAAS has an EV of about C$5.2 billion. At 5.0M ounces Ag Eq., that's a really nice tuck-in acquisition for a mid-tier producer that wants exposure to a great jurisdiction in Mexico. Now just wait for silver to return to a more normal longer-term ratio to gold of 70 to 1. If gold rises 10% to US$2,000/oz. later this year, silver would go to $28.5.oz. to get to a 70 to 1 ratio
