Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Maintenance Dose

They are giving maintenance dose only to 26 (15 done+11 pending) out of 38 patients treated in Phase II. Does it mean that all 12 underdosed patients were excluded from the maintenance dosage? If underdosed patients were excluded, why they count them as EVALUABLE patients in determining response rate?

I don't get it, will appreciate if anybody could help me to understand.
