What is smoke and mirrors is the offer price of $62,000,000.It wouldn't matter if GRB opens at $ .90. The REAL value of Sage is $124,000,000 as stated in the ALTUS report ,ALTUS,being the LEADING expert in valuing RE.
$62,000,000 is a HALF of the value of Sage,and it is a falsity to justify it based on the market price of GRB.Jeff will use his preeminent negotiating skills to get us a decent offer,WHICH IS $124,000,000.
