Whitecap Resources Inc. is an oil-weighted growth company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, developing and holding interests in petroleum and natural gas properties and assets. Its core areas include the West Division and East Division. Its West Division is comprised of three regions: Smoky, Kaybob and Peace River Arch (PRA). The properties in its Smoky region include Kakwa and Resthaven, all located in Northwest Alberta. The primary reservoir being developed is the Montney resource play, mainly comprised of condensate-rich natural gas. Kaybob is located in the Fox Creek region of Northwest Alberta. The primary reservoir being developed is the Duvernay resource play, mainly comprised of condensate-rich natural gas. The PRA is its original asset area. Its East Division is comprised of four regions: Central AB, West Sask, East Sask and Weyburn. Its Central Alberta region represents the bulk of its Cardium and liquids-rich Mannville assets.

RE:RE:More $$ for acquisitions, not for usTrue grant is a shareholder, but my bet is his volume of shares are about 25 cents. Sure he has been a buyer, but most of his shares are far cheaper than yours. Funny if you look back about 6 or 7 weeks wcp had more insider selling than all of last year. Mind you the stock was above 12$. Not saying "in time" this won't pay off, just saying take this time to reward us, in case as usual oil.prices do drop. Most can see how energy companies that aggressively pay down debt, buy back shares or even do a soe isl dividend do far better than us. Take bte, cpg, tou. Just saying take this time of high prices to clean up your balance sheet and share count. We and grant woukd be better off for it. High prices never last forever.
