22 hours ago Joanne Freeze , fortunately started the company predecessor in the 1980's, 40 years ago and she did a great job in moving it forward, but for the last 20 years it has not moved at all. Does anyone really think it is reasonable for a CEO to run a company for 20 years with zero growth and expect anything to change in the next 20 years? Yes, it is easy to be an armchair baseball player but 20 years of nothing is not even mediocre management. Hopefully it will be sold for $600-$800 million $1,75-$2,75 per share.
