The odoriferousness of "the Nazarpour Gift" is, absent the requisite thorough explination provided by the company and/or Mr. Nazarpour, quite obvious.
This doesn't pass the sniff test Lire02.
The optics surrounding "the Nazarpour gift" do not help the share price and I would wager - somehow expecting to be wrong of course - that the share price will continue to fall and establish lower 52 week lows going forward.
Reasonably, I would expect no positive company news would be forthcoming, after Mr. Nazarpour having triggered this most recent "insiders centric" move.
