My speculation is based on the company stating their reasons for drilling. But you are a heck of a lot closer than I am.

NCI installed a 2200foot Drain Well bak in 2019..  its a ten inch casing - pressurized and lined..  its permitted for the max flow of the 10 inch case - aound 7500 ac ft.

prior2 this ...  NCI was paying around 350,000 $ to by water from a water rite holded in the Yet Valley.

NCI on paper only hled around 18.oo ac feet - office - shops - bathrooms; but no water for them mills..

about a year ago -->  the state of nevada came in and siezes stigasets (Quanterras now Lion or LEO) water rites of 5600 acre feet..  issued NCI a well point perit of 0.3 miles from the top of the shaft (circular)..  Stigase has sued..

then the Feds came in (~2018) and gave the city of Yet !  several million dollars to construct a water reclamation distrik..  the city then turned aorund and ripped out all of the civic water lines - rite up to the houses (all ababy bare butt new pipe).

that water coming from below NCI is now pumped into the reclaim distrik..

this is not discussed anywhere on the NCI Sites..  if U read the reports - u can see this information; but its never hilighted in the news blast..

the problem here -is- concainted !  on one side U hav the state - water rites and no water payments on the lst finiance statment - past 2020...

U hav a DYke - thay may B exceeding the limits of the Drain Well - Well point permitts..  U hav stigaset (ARCO-Anaconda) sueing on the siezed water rites..

soo what gives - why am i to think that they are RE-DRILLING Certified instruments..  them engineers who signed off on that will Sue -2 Blue if NIC attempts to free state reserves / outside of a direct sale.

even when mines are sold they do not re-dill to certify...

i think they are looking for the geological limits of the Yet Aquifer - dammmed thing runns to reno/trukee; its a huge basing..  they may B below the aquifer and on a lake..  the people who frill for oil and natural gass hit these all the time..  U only find these when U drill a hole that deep..

as to them 100M shares ????  good great lukies here...  its will B trading like a ragg topp convertible by thursday next week...  thin below 15 and ehaded to 0.o5.

Nevada copper need a Major Credit Facility - Investor..  nobody w fluid cash is going to jump into bed w a quack-a-demonic investor like payla less than 65% controlling interest...

Ur thoughts - and fuzz the dilution..  its fully diluted and notmining..
