I am afraid I do not see anything "odoriforous" in the transfer of shares, nor do I suspect Soroush of anything underhanded.

Though I do admit to not understanding why the transfer of shares was made from Soroush's holdings rather than the company's if it
was in any way a "golden send off ". Could be Soroush feels a greater obligation to the years Luc put in than do the rest of the Board or Decision makers, in which case my esteem for Soroush would increase even further.

But who knows?

Time will tell.
