Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. well that's exactly right . Almost zero fan-fare. By design clearly. 

when it comes to PMX: (1) the BTD filing (2) the EDEN study and, (3) the Baxter preps that are ongoing - the writing is on the wall.  Just not for newbie investors or for the consumption of the retail investing public... yet.
