Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). PMX is a therapeutic hemoperfusion device that removes endotoxin, which can cause sepsis, from the bloodstream and is guided by the Company’s EAA. RE:RE:RE:RE:Breakthrough Designation for PMXYep.  Dialco sells a huge SAMI deal.  DIMI is a when not if.  And Dialco has a confirmed deal for almost all 35 required trial members - with DaOne unnamed participant. 

And the not widely publicized disclosures (buried in the AGM presentation) that PMX appears to be on the verge of FDA approval.

Guess our crack Spectral guys are just shy.  Or perhaps they have a bought deal cooking at an idiotic share price...
