RE:Very Valuable operating tax lossesValuable for sure, and not reflected in the current price. But they have been sitting on cash for years, and through a period where some good opportunities (distress sales) should have presented themselves. Maybe they are working on something with a saudi connection? Would love to see joint (or very close) announcement of settlement, div/buyback, and re-investment.
