I would not be surprised if the Val Project will be put on the back burner for the moment, (but not forgotten or dead, just a "go slow") so Almonty can pursue a higher goal in the USA market, and preferably a mine on USA soil.
Canada is second choice, but it does depend primarily on grade of ore, mine life, access to ore body and a hell of a lot more.
The advantage of a USA based mine is the Govt. support with lerks & perks that Almonty now has with the South Korean Govt.
Military interest now seems to be a key driver for a US mine.
