OFFER smells bad overallSince GRB has ALL the engineering and home plans designed and done up, the reasonable way a builder would enter into an offer would be to engage the Vendor and conduct a thorough DD on the project. You dont just come out of the woods and make an offer that is TWICE the stock market capital of the Vendor.
To say someone who has never talked to GRB or asked for a look at the details and studies on the project and servicing plants etc and just throw out an ofer via fax does not sound like a sound business plan that a legitimate offer would entail
