RE:RE:RE:Fear…$380 oil

RE:RE:RE:Fear…$380 oilThe local river here has been filled with algae as long as I can remember. Caused by fertilizer run off from all the farms upstream. No talk of changes yet that I have heard of. Its either some loss of the river's pristine state or us (i.e. no food). Still supports some fish species and everything is monitored. I guess they have chosen the Netherlands to test the idea of reducing/eliminating syntehtic fertilizers. To be fair the problem there is probably a lot worse than most places because o the massive amount of fertilizer used in that country. That and the fact Europe has a big fertilizer shortage because the high natural gas prices.

The logical conclusion of the  conservation movements of the last century is that life gets more expensive and harder as the earth gets closer to its non human state. Of course there is always the upper parasite class that is looking to gain more control and riches in all situations of massive change.

The hippie's are getting more than they bargained for IMO.
