If you go back through some news reports from early in the year they mentioned that they will increase the dividend half a cent per month upon the completion of either a transaction or project (I forget which it was)...
Other than that they have no scheduled increases earmarked going forward which is somewhat disappointing. They do have a bunch of projects ongoing that should increase cash flow, so there is hope that they will surprise us in a quarterly before the end of the year and bump us up...
