RE:RE:Buyback in progress June 30 ...

RE:RE:Buyback in progress June 30 ...In case someone isn't familiar with the sedi filing you pasted, it shows baytex files on sedi once per month, but they file for each day separately and all at once. Makes sense, otherwise they'd be filing, and paying for filing, every day. I counted all 22 business days in June they made a purchase.  Same for May, starting May 9th. EVERY DAY!  It's even on auto pilot during the quarterly blackout I believe.

Brian Ector confirm to me this :
We repurchased 3,4 million shares in May and remain active here in June.

For the month of june: Baytex bought 5,4 M shares  ending june 27 !!!
So, 3 more days of trading not include ...

I think they bought so far over 10M shares !!!

Which is already 18% of there annual limit of 56,9 M shares !!!

Why they so hurry to buyback ???... Think about it !!!

BEST QUARTER EVER COMING  !!

Good job TEAM Baytex !!!
