Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Nevada Copper, Inc.

What a holiday weekend for Randy B!!

The unanswered questions include;
-what changes will be made at the Board?
-ie will Randy be put on the Board?
-will the PALA youngsters be replaced by experienced mining and finance types?
-will they be able to hire an experienced CFO who will live in Nevada?

These are important key questions and we would expect any non PALA lender to demand this both to show that PALA has accepted that changes are required and will allow Randy to make the required changes!

If PALA is going to continue to Second Guess things this ship will continue to head to the rocks!

It is VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE RIGHT MESSAGE OF A MAJOR CHANGE IN DECISION MAKING IS SENT TO ALL!

LET US HOPE THAT VLAD ACCEPTS THE CHANGES AND LETS RANDY AND A BEEFED UP BOARD LEAD

CONFIDENCE IS SO IMPORTANT!
