Shnepper: The RFP process was done, I believe,as a precaution against the legal process for the first bid which was fraudulently rejected.That legal process is now to the point where settlement discussions are being held. Ergo the second RFP is moot. I don't know whether this is a compliment or not but you guys are relentless.
