There is absolutely no mention about what a company that has $164M in consolidated commissions and $7.8B in sales is selling itself for?
How many shares would need to be issued?
Obviously they are trying to sell the company to a third party, being GRB.
All I can say is Keller is not going to hand over the 10's of millions they make from Paul Morris without a fight.
Who is going to pay for that fight?
