First installation always takes time and learn from installation process. Next one will only take less then one week.

Your saff need to be trained and you go slower pace. Maybe they have 20 to 50 staff needs to be trained to install the torches.

They need to develop standard, installtion process, operating process and maintenace process. You will have various people involved from all departments.

I should know, because I installed large equipment in the past multiple time.

Why would they be getting the installation processd done for nore than the 1 torch if thay have not even tested it yet,,C"mon use your brain
