Points at issue: Can LCE deliver? What’s happened to Largo Physical Vanadium? In the current global economic crisis, who would want to invest in  physical Vanadium? Without LPV can Largo’s “Battery Pillar” survive? How long can Largo operate in the red to support LCE?
