I would love to hear your thoughts on the current (key word current) companys last NR and what could (key word could) happen if;
A) They release their RR
B) They sign a deal with the partner
C) They gain more ownership of the block
The above is all spec. and is what any non pumper is waiting for, nothing else..If none of this happens im sure we all know where the stock is going...Down,
This would be a construtive chat if you respond maturely.
Can't say I disagree with the overall thrust of your comments. Further news could change the outlook here but fundamentally these kinds of companies have very poor track records delivering the goods. They use shareholders to line their own pockets and finance their operation but very few retails walk away with any meaningful profit and the company rarely becomes self sufficient One thing I don't like here is the debt load. Company is essentially broke and that isn't something I'm normally keen to invest in. Penny stock with debt=kiss of death
Great, this was a excellent reply which outlines a real concern.. I do agree with you, and many companies on the Venture Exh will never amount to anything.
The debt is an issue but this could be solved with an offering (I hope not as dilution sucks) and/or the partners paying for X amount for equity / block %. The end goal is for them to start producing oil and selling the oil, if that doesnt happen again its worthless. I do like David's track reocrd and I for one have hope some positive news will come out.. I am okay to bet some money im willing to loose like any investment. In the end no one knows what will happen
IMO, this is how every reply/conversation should be. Its way more constructive. You're still gonna get trolled by people like gold whatever, whos been ignored.
