Fantastic Discord!Especially re EV. This aquistion, exclusive with EVAR, may be one of the most amazing, profitable decisions any company I've ever invested in has ever made. My trust in this company to make smart moves just went up at least 100 fold! Marshall is one smart, cunning, resourceful person. Super grateful to be a part of their journey.
Some highlights from the meeting:
EV (the following lists may not be exactly onpoint; I will be listening to this Discord over and over again when available on YouTube)
-had to pay for EVCS inc in shares, as requested by the sellers because they have faith this will fly. It was their way of stepping into the North American market.
-EVAR patented a smart charger that can quickly power multiple vehicles at once (think shipping, trucking, corporate, hospitality, pizza delivery, drones, etc) by how they force current into batteries. Again, this is patented tech. Possibly could become the industry standard here and abroad...
-reduced charge times from 10 hours down to 2-3hrs. Speed is king, concerning charging systems.
-in talks to partner with roadside assistance, automakers, etc
-EVAR comes backed by big players like Hyundai, Samsung, etc, which means they are automatically taken seriously. Should hit the ground running, after some minor changes like plugs that don't work in this country. With the EVAR exclusivity factor comes huge, almost immediate potential IMO but expect a soft start, while they get their ducks in a row, learning curves etc
-Good marketing people already on board and meetings in the works right now (yesterday, today, tomorrow for EV and Medi). Will release when ready.
How does DM have an advantage over other penny stocks?
-Marshall said, look at who they're already working with, who trusts them enough to give them repeat contracts over multiple years -- Nato, Canadian Gov, US Gov, Lotte, Shinhan, Samsung, EVAR (partnership), etc
-Ability over the past few years to act, launch, deliver on virtually whatever they set out to do or acheive
Covid test kit sales:
-not seeing any less need for test kits (of course, some months will be higher sales than others like flu season)
-"eventually the pandemic will end" (natural immunity, vax).
Medi-Call:
-multi tiers of service, including face-to-face service in metro areas
-ScreenPro necessary for Medi-Call to do business -- there will be some shared doctors, med staff. This was the same as the Gov regulations/requirements when creating the Covid test kits venture.
-SCRN is not a direct competitor of Medi-Call
Lunar?
Did anyone else catch the mention of DM in talks with a lunar/space Co? Marshall mentioned that this particular bidding process could take 2 years, but it's reasurring to know they are competent enough to even be considered for such a mammoth undertaking. Again, look at who they're already associated with.
