My question is why Sue did not go after $40M instead of just $20M in her last financing, though she knows quite well her cash burn rate. I remember her answer was to avoid significant dilution for shareholders. Well, if that is case then if financing happens at these levels, without a major news drop that can take the SP up, it will make me question a lot of things.
