Largo is one of the 3 PRIMARY Vanadium mines in the western world (Largo, Bushveld and Glencore Rhovan).

Logically we would think so. But again, Largo produced the highest grade Vanadium in the world and yet their V products are sold at a discount to the spot price of the STANDARD Euro V2O5. So nothing is logic about what Largo management can or can not deliver.
