RE:Cannabis Banking Reform Bill Before Aug Recess Probable

RE:Cannabis Banking Reform Bill Before Aug Recess Probable

20x share volume on US exchange, so there is interest and investors are watching.

SAFE banking bill could be the tipping point for who wins the midterms and Biden needs to do something positive and productive to prove that the whole shytshow they call a government in the US isn't totally disfunctional.

SAFE could be considered as decriminalization or the triggering event for a proper US launch of their greenrush.

American law and policy makers could do something phenomenal for government workers and deal with all of the problems hindering the cannabinoid business on US soil.  In addition to banking tools, loans, brokering, they could also deal with the Interstate issue such that these products can cross State lines and one set of rules for all would be a dream play.

If they can get a level playing field with beverage alcohol and change up the laws such that cannabinoid beverages are an option at your alcohol "watering hole".  Let adults make the decision after all of the warning labels in regards to mixing pot and alcohol.  Bars and lounges are already well trained in regards to checking id's to make sure you are legal and being able to get your cannabinoids at liquor stores makes good sense too, other than having to have 2 bricks and mortar and twice the staff.  Alcohol has a long history of being more dangerous than pot and just like them that overdrink, pot consumers can figure it out on their own.

I like the idea of the CBD beverages being available in bars as a non-alcohol, non-psychadelic option to cut down on liquor consumption.  You might also drop in to your favourite bar to get some pain relief as you socialize.  It could be a really good reason to go to the bar.

A beer and a toke happen all the time in bar settings but if they allow this alternate vice to be served alongside then the pot imbibers don't have to go outside for their thc as they can have it in a beverage which is much nicer than smoking it and stinkin' up the joint!

US voters are in favour of some freeing legislation to help the cannabinoid business instead of perpetuating all of these Nixon era laws at the Federal level that could cost you your investment, fines, jail and seizure of assets because that is what is at stake if the Feds decide to run the show intstead of the individual pro-pot States.

As soon as the risk is taken out of the equation you will see non US companies that want to set up bricks and mortar in the huge US market rush in and contribute to the biggest greenrush the world is going to see.

Or it can keep happening one State at a time with a quagmire of laws and multi-level and costly practice of having to have a chain from seed to sales which is prohibitivly expensive for startup companies.

Whoever does fix the mess will get voters out that don't normally vote and tip the scales in their favour imho.
