There would be no insurance for such a thing especially since it was the second time in 4 years. No one is insuring tilling ponds any more then you could insure Hanford Washington or Oakridge Tenessee
Gold cost of production now includes the remediation costs . So Kirkland upfront costs may be 300 but booked AISC "all in sustaining cost " of $800.
