RE:RE:RE:A new poem to commemorate the Acerus Annual General Meeting

RE:RE:RE:A new poem to commemorate the Acerus Annual General MeetingThe Company has disclosed to you how much capital it requires in order to launch Noctiva and get the entire enterprise to self sufficiency.  Now the question is, will they secure that capital.  This is why I refer to this "bet" as a binary option.  If they do secure the required capital it is a game changer - including removal of the "going concern" note from their financial statements.  If they do not, it is likely a "workout".  There is unlikely to be a middle ground.  Size your bets accordingly.

I don't disagree that former management made a whole bunch of errors that Ed was left to clean up and I do not disagree that the earlier Board bares some responsibility for this in that they hired management and presumably approved a strategic plan generated by that management.

However, I do think that Ed is a competent executive (but not one with public company experience) who inherited a bunch of sh$t and with enough resources he could make this pig fly.  I also feel that some of the more recent additions to the Board - specifically Geoff Cotton for his pharma industry experience and Scott Leckie for his financial/turnaround experience is noteable (have a look at Leckie's involvement with New Millennium Iron and the RTO of Abaxx Technologies).

Anyway, I appreciate that there are alot of minority shareholders that have had their faces ripped off and are angry  One way or another I think we will know very soon the outcome of this binary option.

I will be watching with interest.
