The story goes....the farmer and his son come to the market with 10 bunches of bananas. They lay out 4 to sell

Shoppers stop by over the next hours and buy the 4 so the son goes and gets the last 6 bunches out of the truck

The farmer returns and sees 6 bunches on the table and yells this is a disaster we started with 4....we are building bunches not selling them

That is what you call a CITI/Ed two step...and the media loves it.
