Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. In all seriousness, what new accredited investors would be interested in the UG? That ship has sailed.

& Doing a PP just to drive price down and increase % ownership right before a sale opens mngt up to lawsuits; kfw would not approve that as it could tie things up for years, deprecate the asset, and possibly see the loans go unrepaid if the property reverts to NV. 

there is still a chance we will see another UG push and another PP. But letting the contractors go while continuing the drilling and PFS revision work,  along with 'keep the lights on' loan, makes me think it is unlikely.

keeping my shares as sale is most likely outcome.
