RE:Financing presently closing, drilling start soonCan you post the link to that or is it another Iie you just made up under this particular alias?  Or did you miss the fact that it ALREADY CLOSED and all they got of the $1,300,000 was $121,625 - and that is not a typo.  As for the "convertible equity financing" - LOL - maybe you better google what that is.
