DILUTION Surely disappointing for shareholders,. I wonder how many of Echelons wealthy customers have been railroaded into this Ponzi scheme. If your paying attention you may have noticed Echelon creaming this for all it's worth. I wouldn't blame Hutton, he has promoted well, a true Carney he is.
