I dont think so.They know more but they dont know enough yet to draw definite conclusions .When they are able to confirm efficacy they will tell us....
The mere fact that the trial is still on going is a positive...
I have seen biotechs in the past raise a lot of hopes in preliminary findings that ended up being anecdotal and never confirmed....
How much more time is needed ? I certainly dont know ....how fast will they recruit patients in the basket trial? We dhould know next week how many have been recruited so far but I dont expect much more info on the trial.....
