RE:RE:RE:Moonshot buy signal This is a boring conversation. Let's just reflect on what has happened:
1. CEO provides a personal financial guarantee to get Plant 1 built. High risk proposition.
2. Plant 1 and business plan suceeds. Company moves to a low debt, high cash flow, high expansion mode. The market likes it and the shares re- rate.
3. The CEO has stock options that mature, and at the same time sells some stock. He seems to sell stock that is less than 5% of his holding, and with the options his equity holding is roughly level.
4. A toll sees this and aggressively tolls the billboards. Which is pretty boring.
All of the above are facts as far as I can see. I don't think there is more to say. Tolls will toll, best to ignore I think. They seem to refuse to actually bring any useful thoughts / insights.
All helpful analyst greatly welcome.
