Then, the CEO presents his/her argument for why the company did really well, lists the reasons why we shareholders should believe this, and explains why the company needs to issue more shares to continue going forth. ... This is why we shareholders need to keep our eyes on the capital of our investments. Let's see what's said tomorrow at the online AGM. Hopefully more than that was presented to me at an Ottawa AGM I attended a few weeks back. That AGM was a joke as they didn't expect any shareholders to attend.
