RE:Nice move BUT bad market.........

Thanks for your response insightful  post mrmomo. I see your comments on several boards and respect you and your thoughts very much.

Hiti being a "retailer" has not fully distinguished itself in the MJ space and is looped in with the LP/Producer side.  That is like throwing the baby out with the bath water in these difficult times. The market does not understand this hidden and undervalued gem "YET".  Hiti "will" be one of the strongest in the retail side if they are not now.  I believe they are now. .  They are gaining ground quickly as top revenue generator in the Canadian space.  They are closing in hard to number 1 spot Canopy.  I sure wouldn't touch any other company in this space and especially NOT Canopy or ACB or several others.  Those companies are bleeding cash and many in this space will NOT survive much less grow or prosper.  Many in this space are doomed and on life support right now.  Not Hiti.

Raj is a genius and has been in this space for a long time and knows this industry inside out. He was smart to make his "opportunistic acquisitions" with a global game plan or a chess match or puzzle in mind.  The other companies in this  space were growing foolishly without a care towards dilution or acquisitions that were not accretive immediately to revenues or Ebidta.  Their CEO's are mostly self indulgent knuckleheads without any game plan or shareholder focus in mind. They are thinking about themselves.  Useless idiots.

Raj has a vision to be a "global retail giant". His acquisitions to date are very cleverly done and each acquisition complements one another.  "Vertical integration" at its finest.  Raj delivers what he promises.  That's what you invest in first and foremost. The CEO.  A great CEO will grow and build a company.  The discount model is proving its effectiveness as the competition will not be able to keep up and will not survive.  We are seeing many companies fold and more to come during this consolidation phase.   This is where a company like Hiti will continue to build its platform.  The NDF should happen sometime this month. ($30m I believe).  Expect more "smart and opportunistic" M&A action from Raj.  I am expecting a German acquisition coming up.  Pick your targets now while the competition is on life support and wait for the rebound in this sector to come.  Hiti can wait it out.  No danger here.

Remember what Raj said.  "we do not need USA legalization to grow and build our company". Raj does not sit on his hands.  He makes things hapoen like a good CEO should.    I also think Hiti will really shine when this sector rebounds during the next bull run.  The signs are there and we have several catalysts out there to light that fuse.   I agree too that Hiti will be a prime takeover target at some point. A USA MSO imo would be the likely acquirer.  Like Raj said "Hiti is available at the right price".  However,   Raj is too ambitious and clever enough to grow and acquire and build out his empire first.  Trust the man.   We are looking at a multi bagger at several multiples of its current ridiculously  low market cap when the time is right.

I agree with pretty much most of your comments and analysis mrmomo.  Refreshing to get some good,  fair, reasonable and objective comments here.

Ron
