Can someone please translate ? Typically the first 2-3 paragraphs of NR like today is a nothing burger. They always use these tactics to hide the last past which is something they are obligated to announce.
does the " family trust " news of CEO a complicated way of saying CEO has transferred xxx amount of shares to a trust which is no longer controlled by him so not subject to reporting for sale of shares ?
In eyes of a seasoned investor, that means consider those shares up for sale already. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Finally these kinds of news are typically followed by a Promo campaign which would see the stock go up so people think this was good news. The stock is then sold in very small quantities so people like the CBDT investor doesn't understand what is happening and thinks " hedge funds are trying to get the cheap shares out of his hands" lol
if I misunderstood can someone please correct me about CEO shares no longer being subject to reporting of insider sales.
