I think I would agree with Investor X, as it's not DM's timelines, it's the timeline of the TSX and the government. I'm sure Marshall and management do their best to account for possible delays, but if they are being told by those whose make the decisions that DM can expect to hear back about around this date or that date, then you can hardly blame management for relaying that message to their shareholders from the people who are making the decisions. And if the TSX does not provide that information, then it's simply a guessing game by management based on the length of time it may have taken other companies to get approved.
