However, the TSX uplist doesn't sit right with me. I have had an email exchange with the TSX regarding uplist times and they were very clear that it is a simple process and that they work closely with the company to expedite things. Our current standing on the TSX-V should have made it even simpler. My position is that DM embellished or even lied regarding their application in January or that there are some deficiancies on DM's end that is holding this up. We are now in Q3 and it its not appropriate to blow this off as "we are waiting on the TSX"
I agree, it doesn't seem like this process should take that long, but then I have personally not gone through this process to accurately make that assessment. All I can tell you is what Marshall has said to shareholders, in that the company is waiting on the TSX and will provide any additional material that the TSX requests. For all we know they got the approval this morning and will release the news on Monday. Or maybe they get the approval on Monday and they release the news on Tuesday. Or maybe there is a backlog currently at the TSX and DM gets approval a week from today or even a month. The approval will come when it does, but to speculate anything else would be wrong as DM meets all the approval requirements.
