RE:RE:RE:I can legtimitely see a 25% run up in 1 weekSome speculation for you - June 30th, they increased the buyback to 50K which is a first.  Now they are in a blackout period, so they can't touch the instructions they give to their broker managing the buyback until results are published. 

So possible they increased it on June 30th, the last day before blackout to 50K and we might be seeing buybacks accelerate in July at this rate which will push the NAV up a bit.
