RE:small cap with dividends and upside

RE:small cap with dividends and upside I hear a lot of people talking about this stock online and you are right it's insanely cheap at the moment.

I can't get over how streaming could potentially completely disrupt their TV holdings. Corus owns TV stations that are primarily licencing adult content from Discovery and child content from Paramount in the US. Most of their hit content that they create that's catered to adults is adaptations of American shows and their kids content is ok, but they never seem to get a hit show on their hands.

With Discovery Plus and Paramount Plus coming into Canada what's to stop these companies from just dropping the middleman and taking their content exclusively on streaming? Cable television subscribers are declining fast, I suspect it won't be a thing much longer as streaming services don't have to give money to cable companies and licensors and can keep it all to themselves if they get people to sub directly to them. Can Corus survive on its content alone? I know they had Stack TV but I don't expect that to be around much longer either because it's the same situation, licencing primarily American content from companies that are coming strong into Canada on streaming.
