The Company holds a 90% interest in two mining leases north of the town of Skead within the city of Greater Sudbury in Ontario. The two mining leases cover an area of approximately 129.99 hectares.

When we had the Death Penalty in England, the sentence was carried out before "Three Clear Sundays" had passed. An old term that meant you were executed within three weeks of sentencing. Any appeal was heard within that time frame.
