On the one hand what he says about the implications for Russia make sense.
That said, Western capitalists have a long history of investing in places where there is risk that they could have their assets confiscated by a totalitarian Government. I suspect that Putin is well aware of this and in pursuit of the Almighty Dollar, Western companies will come back to invest in future Russian oil and gas mega projects.
In the short run though, I can see Migraine licking his chops......lol
