The article appeared to indicate that there had already been two increases this year and I believe there is at least one more coming.   The Korean government operated electric company is now running multiple billion US dollar deficits that are not sustainable. The Korean central bank has also started raising interest rates.

Energy price in Germany and other European countries are going to have  a devastating affect on industry.
