Where do you come up with this stuff. I never waid debt was 8 million. I was saying roughly shares and debt. How is it your numbers are correct? Did they not just pay almost 400 million in debt, where did that money come from? What are you getting so defensive about? I am just wondering if an offer came in at what pirce some may think it would be that's all. Why are you reading into more than I posted. Whatever the EV is 8-10 billion it doesn't matter.
