Where is the Patent in the “Patent Pending” APP?

 

I am looking for info on the APP patent that Sen and others keep tauting everywhere in conferences, web site, corp communications, and in some marketing material.

I have read in several older forum threads that such patent is, well non-existant. It is not appearing in any of the patent offices that it normally would be.

Does anyone have any insight to contribute?
